Shipping Policy

Orders are picked and processed 1 day on average. All orders ship from Miami, Florida or Chicago, Illinois. Upon your orders shipment you will be emailed a tracking number to view its transit, allow approximately 5 -12 business days for delivery.

We must be notified of any delivery issues within 7 days of confirmed delivery provided from the courier (based the tracking provided at time of shipment).

In the off chance that an incorrect product is sent, please do not open/use the product if you wish to have the fragrances send corrected. We will send a prepaid return label to exchange for the correct product. 

Theft and stolen after delivered will not be covered when confirmed delivery (final delivery scan).
